Friday 17th April
The Café was very busy again today, it wasn’t helped by the fact that our cook, Aden called in sick this morning. We managed to get one of the Saturday girls in to help out in his absence and with a little bit of juggling of staff, managed to cope.
Carolyn spent the morning doing the books, BAS (vat) Statement, she just did a couple of hours to get most of it in order ready for the accountant next week.
Marisa was invited to Simmo’s in Dunsborough for an Ice Cream and a game of Crazy Golf, the boy who gave her the invite is one of the Scouts in her pack and thinks the world of her. Needless to say, Marisa wiped the floor with him on the Crazy Golf, but he’s still infatuated with her so she must have been a bit gentle on him, everyone apart from him thinks it’s so sweet.
Carolyn and her dad went out in the afternoon to buy the last few bits for the Bunny Run, then proceeded to carry on putting it together, he goes home on Sunday so there’s only one day left in which to get it finished.

Oh well, the rabbit proof fence is still in place if you don't get your run done.
