I love my blog

sadly there are people who aren't loving and caring. They leave comments that I don't let my readers see. You know why? because I love every person I 'know' that reads my blog. Some of them I have never met, but they give me something special that melts my heart. If I met them IRL I would hug them like my life depended on it. Some things are more precious that I can say and I thank you for it. All of you :o)

A Brief Service Announcement

Hi and welcome to our family blog. We both contribute here, so we write in the third person, unless Carolyn is doing one of her picture posts. It is just how we do things around here. You'll get used to it, we have :o) We love having visitors, and comments are great, but please, Anonymous? if you are posting anon, or don't have a blog to link to, thats fine, you are just as welcome here but please, sign or initial your comments so we don't feel like you are a robot.

Why is Fraser not Anthony anymore????

We get asked this a fair bit from the folks and friends back in the UK, so we explain..... Anthony was supposed to be Fraser but as we drove to hospital (yuk spit) in labour we realised his initials would be FA not great from a football point of view nor another you may think of, so Mr Hojo in his wisdom decided to swap the names around. Mrs Hojo was busy and should have said no, but there you go, she was busy producing offspring in a short staffed, worse than mediocre hospital that leaves people alone for hours on end when they really should be tucked up in a half empty ward, bitter? me? you noticed. Anyhow, Fraser has heard this story a few times, more as we were visiting the relatives one last time before we left the Uk for Oz and piped up that if his Mum wanted me called Fraser them I am.
And that was that.
We started in a new country and all remembered his name, easy as pie.
So now you know.
You know what, he really SHOULD have been called Fraser, it suits. And no one will ever call him Tony, thats a good thing :o)
