The holiday season has started, it was a busy day in the Café with all hands to the pumps. Carolyn, who was supposed to be going to Bunbury today to get a load of cutlery and crockery, had to stay in the Café to help us out.
In the end we ordered all that we needed over the phone from a company in Perth, they said we should get it before Christmas which would be handy, but we’re not going to hold our breath.
The way the kitchen is now set up seems to be making life a lot easier for those working in it, the new fryers and griddles are so much more efficient than the old electric ones we had, making waiting times so much shorter.
