Bourne Again

Thursday 28th May 2009
An average day at the Café today, it was pension day but we think a lot of them have gone away, but we are getting a few tourists in and a couple of seniors that have been travelling for the last few months have come back.
There was nothing said about yesterday afternoon by the member of staff concerned, there was only one loser and hopefully she will realise that, we are used to being up against it and stroppy staff will only make us more resolute in what we do.
We are not getting our heating put in before the weekend, as the conversion kit hasn’t arrived, we cancelled the gas fitter.
Marisa has done well at school again, she got a mark of 79% in a test on S&E (Society and Environment), she said it was a hard test. She also got 80% in a soil erosion test, we are assuming that was a science project.
After school Marisa played with one of her mates from round the corner, while poor old Fraser had yet another load of homework to do.
After the kids went to bed we watched the last, so far Bourne movie, Bourne Ultimatum, it’s good, just not as good as the first two.
In this last one he escapes at the end, all the baddies are arrested, but you don’t know what happens to him next.
As it’s a long time since the last film came out, we were wondering whether perhaps he had gone into hiding with a religious group somewhere, had got the calling and is now working on the next instalment, Bourne Again.
