Par 3 Kangaroo Hunt

Wednesday 15th April 2009
Carolyn, her dad and the kids went to the Par 3 Golf Course today for a round of golf. In truth, they went because we thought that it would be the best opportunity for Carolyns dad to see a Kangaroo that was not fenced in or totally tame.
Just in case you haven’t already guessed, Marisa won the golf, so no surprise there.

Being peak holiday time here in Busselton and the Golf course full of kids and holiday makers, the Kangaroos had decided to go on holiday themselves in order to avoid the crowds so they didn’t see any.
In the afternoon, Carolyns dad and the kids carried on building the bunny run which is now taking shape, Ian reckons that once all the rabbits have died off he will be able to stand it on its end and use it as an aviary.

Here are the bubbies shortly after ram raiding the local veggie store and making off with all his lettuce and eggs!

The CafĂ© was fairly quiet today for some reason, there just didn’t seem to be anyone round town today, which caught us out a bit.
