Pie, Mash and Gravy

It was raining this morning, only the torrential stuff same as normal, in fact we have had so much of the stuff that we have now had more than the average rainfall for July.
The Café appears to be getting a good name round town, on two occasions today we had ladies tell us that they had come in because they have heard good reports about the place.
The Pie, Mash and Gravy is going down well although we haven’t really advertised it yet, we don’t think we’ll try doing Pie, Mash and Liquor with Jellied Eels though, the locals would run a mile.
We had another load of wood for the wood burner delivered today, there goes another rain forest.
In the evening the kids went to bed early while we watched a film, Payback with Mel Gibson.
