Not a lot happened today, average day at the Café, Kids went to School, Carolyn made another mountain of Mashed Potato.
We had an appointment with a local builder tonight, we have had the idea that we would like to extend the house upwards in a couple of years if all goes well.
What we want to do is build two en-suite bedrooms above the boys bedrooms, effectively turning the house into a five bedroom, four bathroom residence complete with office, and we would have the bedroom with the sea view.
We don’t expect to be able to do it for at least two years but would like to get an idea of the costs involved, this builder has got an 18 month waiting list so it would be perfect.
You guessed it, he didn’t turn up.
